1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Formbot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Formbot for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Formbot
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Payments and Refunds

Formbot offers both subscription-based and one-time payment pricing plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

For subscription plans, you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for the 30-day money back guarantee. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

5. Form Content

You retain all rights to the forms you create and the responses you collect. Formbot claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service.

You are solely responsible for the content of your forms and the legality of collecting and storing response data. You must ensure compliance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

Formbot uses artificial intelligence to help generate form fields and content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing your forms.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Formbot to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Collect sensitive personal information without proper security measures and consent
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any form of harassment or abuse
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Formbot and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
